Simon is a commercial tax lawyer who has practised since 1992 and been a partner since 2001. He trained at Lovell White Durrant (now Hogan Lovells) and has held senior roles at leading firms including SJ Berwin and Mayer Brown.
Simon specialises in real estate tax, advising on structuring, acquisitions and disposals for pension funds, fund managers, insurers and REITs, as well as private equity and venture capital transactions.
