Laura graduated in Geography at the University of Portsmouth before studying with the Chartered Management Institute to achieve a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Previously a Board director of one of the UK ‘s leading property firms Laura moved into the legal sector over 10 years ago, specialising in practice management, strategic management and business planning.
